Quality and sustainability/CSR approach

The school places quality, social responsibility, and ecological transition at the heart of its strategy to train the engineers of tomorrow: skilled, responsible, and purpose-driven.

Our vision

ESIEE Paris is committed to two strong and complementary areas of focus:

  • A quality policy to ensure academic, scientific and organisational excellence.

  • A Sustainable Development & Social Responsibility approach in response to current environmental, social and economic challenges.

These two dynamics are closely linked and based on shared values: ethics, sustainability, fairness, inclusion and collective commitment.

Our commitment to sustainability & CSR

In a rapidly changing world, training engineers is no longer limited to imparting technical and interpersonal skills. It also involves developing their civic awareness and their ability to act sustainably.

At ESIEE Paris, Sustainability & CSR strategy is based on the main guidelines adopted by the School Council. It sets out specific objectives in all areas of school life:

  • Training: integrating ecological and social transition issues
  • Research: promoting the development of responsible research that is useful to society
  • Operations: adopting energy efficiency, managing resources sustainably
  • Student life: ensuring a fulfilling and inclusive student life
  • Local roots: strengthening our positive impact on the world around us

Our Sustainability & CSR policy is fully in line with the strategy of Université Gustave Eiffel, of which ESIEE Paris is a founding member. It is currently the subject of an Sustainability & CSR certification application by the institution.
