The right facilities to help students succeed

Student success depends as much on academic excellence as it does on human support. To support students, the school offers a number of services that provide a caring environment in which everyone can flourish and succeed.

Assist'Étud: a listening, support and resource service

The Assist'Étud service offers personalised support to help students overcome any obstacles to their well-being and success.

Objectives of the Assist'Etud service

    • Provide moral, financial and administrative support
    • Provide support to help students overcome the obstacles hindering them 
    • Help students discover or rediscover their full potential to achieve their goals
    • Manage psycho-social risks

SecurESIEE: a programme to make students' undergraduate careers more secure

SecurESIEE is an innovative support programme for undergraduate students funded by the ESF+ and the Île-de-France Region. Its aim is to build confidence, provide a calm working environment and fully support personal and academic progress.

This scheme offers :

    • Weekly tutoring in small groups supervised by 4th year students
    • Workshops to reinforce spelling and maths skills
    • Studies supervised by teachers, for methodological support
    • Individualised support tailored to the needs of each student

The disability relay: dedicated support for pupils with disabilities

An Assist'Etud service, in conjunction with the Student Disability Unit of the Student Health Service (SSE), the Disability Relay is the place to go for advice and support for students needing an adapted course.

The main missions of ESIEE Paris relais handicap

  • Welcome and support students with disabilities or health problems, whether temporary or permanent

  • Organise the students’ integration with the different departments of Université Gustave Eiffel and the school (SSU, schooling, corporate relations, faculty, etc.) and external organisations (MDPH, CROUS, etc.)

  • Help students develop their study plans in line with their objectives and organise the necessary arrangements (studies, exams, etc.)
