ESIEE Paris and GEM are launching a dual Engineering and Management degree

ESIEE Paris and Grenoble École de Management are joining forces to offer, from the start of the 2026 academic year, a dual degree programme of excellence designed to train graduates with a hybrid skill set combining technological and managerial expertise.

A strategic partnership designed to support businesses

In response to growing demand from businesses seeking versatile candidates,
ESIEE Paris and Grenoble École de Management (GEM) have announced the signing of a strategic partnership. Formalised on 16 April 2026 at GEM’s Paris campus, this agreement aims to strengthen synergies between technological and managerial skills.

The aim is to train professionals capable of working at the intersection of technology, strategy and innovation, in response to the growing needs of businesses.

A dual degree one year after completing an engineering degree

From September 2026, up to 10 final-year engineering students at ESIEE Paris will be able to apply to join the final year of GEM’s Grande École Programme. In an additional year, they will obtain the DESMA (Diplôme d’Études Supérieures en Management), thereby completing their engineering degree.

This year, students will have the choice of studying in Grenoble or at the GEM campus in Pantin.

Jean Mairesse, Chief Executive of ESIEE Paris

“ This dual degree programme with Grenoble Ecole de Management is fully in line with our ambition to train engineers who are open to the world and capable of addressing the managerial and strategic challenges faced by businesses. This partnership offers our students a unique opportunity to complement their technological expertise with a high-level management qualification awarded by a leading business school. ”

Hybrid roles offering high added value

This partnership is part of a shared commitment to developing ‘dual-skilled’ talent capable of taking on senior roles at the intersection of technology and management.

Over the course of six years, students will be able to obtain two top-tier qualifications, significantly enhancing their employability both in France and internationally.

Fouziya Bouzerda, Managing Director of GEM

This partnership with ESIEE Paris is fully in line with our ambition to make our programmes more accessible to high-potential science graduates. It reflects our commitment to developing talent capable of supporting organisational transformation by combining technical expertise with strategic vision. "

A partnership set to expand

In addition to this dual degree, ESIEE Paris and GEM are already working on the development of a bachelor’s degree programme, which is scheduled to launch in September 2027.

This project underscores the commitment of both institutions to developing innovative programmes tailored to the future challenges of education.
