Architecture and parallelism for image processing and virtual reality

This research focuses on the study of Algorithm-Architecture Adequacy for 2D or 3D imagery, and applications such as real-time embedded and mobile computer vision, portable and communicating equipment, mobile phones, embedded vision systems, driving simulators (HDR rendering for driving simulation), computer-aided diagnosis in medical imagery, dematerialization of documents (multifunction scanner connected to the internet), and more recently, the contribution of cloud computing for remote processing.
