ESIEE Paris and Capgemini create two new chairs

Jean Mairesse, Director General of ESIEE Paris, and Anne Ruelleux, Recruitment Manager at Capgemini Application Services & Financial Services – France, signed a new partnership agreement on 16 March 2022 at Capgemini’s site in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

This joint commitment officialises the launching of two pedagogical chairs focused on two major issues: Product Life Management and Agile Testing.

The group Capgemini, whose developmental focus is completely in line with the teaching at ESIEE Paris, wants to share its expertise to train the engineers of tomorrow.

They will give talks in fourth- and fifth-year classes for students on industrial engineering and computing courses.

For the next three years, they have agreed to help to train students to handle various technical solutions and methodologies: Cloud, IT Architecture, ICT, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Agility, etc.

Capgemini will also support students on their journey by running workshops and conferences on human resources and taking part in events organised by the school.

Capgemini’s good practices in terms of societal and environmental responsibility will also be regularly shared with students: diversity, responsible digital technology, the environment, disability as well as e-inclusion.
