As members of the Gustave Eiffel University, ESIEE Paris students participate in the working groups of the national event: the student COP2 which will be organized on April 10 and 11, 2021 in virtual mode.
In the current environmental emergency, everyone agrees that it is essential to act as quickly as possible to change our consumption patterns but also our learning.
The COP2 student association brings together the stakeholders of higher education through student ambassadors in weekly focus groups. They work on issues ranging from the evolution of our courses and professional integration to mobility and consumption on campus. The aim is to come up with recommendations and proposals on the major environmental issues, to which the schools and universities will commit.
Students, teachers, researchers and university staff will propose a set of measures to initiate the ecological transition of higher education institutions.
A summary of the results of the various institutions' reflections will be presented on 10 and 11 April and conferences on socio-environmental issues will be organised.
