This page is designed to inform everyone about the actions taken by the school concerning the COVID-19 health crisis.

In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministery of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, the safety and well-being of everyone is our priority.

We are very happy to be able to welcome back all our students in person for this new 2021 academic year. The presentation of a ‘health pass’ is not required to enter ESIEE Paris or to participate in any activities linked to education. It is only at scientific, cultural, sports and club events that welcome external participants as well as all festive events that health passes will be checked. All number and distancing measures have been removed.

Nevertheless, it is still necessary to respect a few simple health rules within the school such as :

  • Wearing a mask is mandatory
  • Wash your hands as regularly as possible, use the alcohol gel dispensers situated all around the school, especially when entering the building

Classrooms will be ventilated and CO2 sensors will be used to monitor air quality.

To find out more, please consult our FAQ and all the guidelines provided by the MESRI.

For a successful return to in person teaching, vaccination, combined with preventative gestures will be the best way to stop the COVID-19 pandemic progressing.

Vaccination allows you to protect yourself and others.

Our students can be vaccinated directly at Gustave Eiffel University by prior appointment.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, ESIEE Paris has been very active so as to maintain the quality of schooling, to support students and adapt teaching methods.

Since the beginning of the school year, each student has been attending four days of teaching in person and one day virtually per week.

Any ESIEE Paris student who has tested positive for Covid-19 should report the result to the following email address and should respect the isolation period recommended by health services (currently 10 days). Every student identified as a ‘contact case’ should also report this to and follow recommendations of the health insurance (if you are vaccinated, you won’t need to isolate but will need to get tested).

Relevant information : isolation, tests, vaccines, confirmations, risk of contact…

Students will be able to eat only in the designated areas (canteen, terrace, cafeteria).

Access to eating areas won’t be subject to health pass checking.

Therefore, we ask you to make sure to put your mask back on as soon as you have finished eating and to also maintain a distance as much as possible.

Be a driving force in the fight against the pandemic ! To protect yours and your loved ones’ health, adopt all preventative behaviours and download the « TousAntiCovid » app. Not respecting preventative gestures means taking a risk for yourself and for your loved ones.

In order to ensure that the part of teaching that is being carried out from a distance is under the best conditions, ESIEE Paris asks all students to be equipped with a laptop starting from the 2020 academic year.

This development will allow all students to logon to the teaching platform and follow their education from a distance, to work where they want, but also to limit their movement as well as be able to easily meet the different measures taken by public authorities to ensure health safety.
