microelectronics facilities

The Group ESIEE advanced laboratory in microelectronic technology (300m2 of clean rooms) used within the framework of the teaching activities (projects for the students technicians and engineers), of search (contracts of search and development) and of the support to the companies (continuous training, subcontractings).

The Group ESIEE, member of CEMIP (Centre de Microélectronique de Paris Ile de France), also puts its clean rooms at the training service of students of the University of PARIS VI, PARIS VII, I.S.E.P. (Institut Supérieur d' Electronique de Paris) and of the E.S.P.C.I. - Engineers 2000 (Ecole Supérieure de Production et de Conception Industrielle / Conservatoire Nationale des Arts et Métiers).

Created in 1976, the laboratory of micro-electronics of Group ESIEE directed, since 1984, and continued since the transfer to Marne la Vallée, its activities of search and development around the microsystems integrated on silicon.

To make possible the development of Group ESIEE in this branch of industry, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris financed in 1997 the acquisition of new equipment which will facilitate the technological transfer operations (passage to wafers of 100 mm diameter).
