Cleanrooms

The ESIEE Paris Group has various leading-edge electronic and micro-electronic resources available for educational and research activities and for business support projects (on-site professional training, student/internship projects and research and development contacts).

These resources include:

• a 300m2 cleanroom. A state-of-the-art technical centre for manufacturing and characterizing semiconductors and microsystems.

• electrical and electrical engineering teaching laboratories,

• software applications:

- for physical and electrical simulations (Ansys, VWF Athena/Atlas)

- for circuit CAD (Pspice, Mentor, Cadence, Xilinx, etc).
